Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for food and other perishable items. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts perishable goods from return policies.

• Newspapers

• Magazines

• Gift cards

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with the products you receive, or are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our support team. We are always happy to work with you to resolve any problem, even when returns are not available.
